Our high-tech 7,500 sq. ft. facility is fully air conditioned and temperature controlled to promote optimum uniformity across all phases of manufacturing and inspection.
Zopel Engineering has a reputation throughout the country for precision in product and service; we are leaders in machining close tolerance parts to critical military, electronic and aerospace specifications.
Using the finest state-of-the-art CNC machines, complemented by a full array of conventional support equipment, we work with all metals and plastics in every form: bar and plate stock, castings and forgings.
Our tooling is engineered and designed to meet all requirements of each job, ranging in volume from prototype to high production runs.
Because we produce all of our own tooling, we control all phases of our manufacturing schedule. We therefore, welcome projects involving sub-assemblies, special tooling, fixturing, and Just-In-Time deliveries.
